Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for STORE CREDIT ONLY. After this 7 days, your item would not be eligible for return. 
To start the return process, go to our Returns Portal

Once we receive your item, we will inspect the return If the return is not approved you will receive an email from us. 

For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over underwear. We accept unworn bikinis and cover ups bought from 4KINIS in new condition with tags and liners attached.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

No refunds will be provided only STORE CREDIT.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 48 hours. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Once your order is placed it cannot be modified.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Checkout+ REDO Protection

Checkout+ is an optional add-on available at checkout that includes:

  • Free return shipping for store credit

  • Package protection in case your order is lost, damaged, or stolen

If you added Checkout+ at checkout, your return label is included at no additional cost.

Didn’t purchase Checkout+? No problem, you can still return your items by purchasing a return label through the Redo Returns Portal, located on our website under Shipping & Returns.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Visit our Returns Portal

  2. Enter the email used for your order, or your order number and shipping zip code

  3. Follow the on-screen steps to submit your return or exchange

    • For exchanges, select your new item during the return process

Once completed, you’ll receive instructions to download your return shipping label, which will also be sent to your email.

Return Requirements & Packaging

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags and swimsuit liners must be intact
  • Returns must be shipped in the original packaging for protection

Please:

  • Include the packing slip with your return (found inside your original package). 
  • Wrap the item neatly using the original packing materials to avoid damage during transit

Shipping Labels

Labels are provided through the Returns Portal

  • If Checkout+ was not purchased, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • All instructions for downloading and using your label will be emailed after initiating your return
